Nicole Boggs, MSN, FNP-C is the Founder and CEO of Omnicare Health Solutions and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in nursing, healthcare leadership, and business ownership. Her background includes home health, medical-surgical, and psychiatric care, as well as four years of military service as a combat medic. With experience in education and clinical practice, Nicole is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered, evidence-based care and improving healthcare access and continuity for the communities Omnicare serves.

I am a primary care nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care across the adult and geriatric lifespan. I earned my Doctorate of Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner degree in 2025 from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. I have always had a strong passion for caring for older adults and supporting them in maintaining their health, independence, and quality of life. In my practice, I take a holistic approach, focusing not only on physical health but also on mental, emotional, and lifestyle factors that impact overall well-being. I believe that building strong, trusting relationships with patients is essential to delivering effective and personalized care. I moved to Colorado in 2022 from Kansas City and am grateful to serve the community I now call home. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking with my husband and dog, reading, and spending meaningful time with friends and family

Hello everyone! My name is Janet. I am happy to join the team at Omnicare Health Solutions as the patient health educator. I am a proud Pueblo native and have been in the medical field for 30 plus years. My experience ranges from emergency medicine to oncology. I am an extremely proud mother of an amazing young lady. My weekends are full with volleyball practices and tournaments. I am very excited to help on your health journey

Recently, I have stepped into the role of office manager, allowing me to further enhance patient care while contributing to the continued growth and success of our practice. 

I am a compassionate and dedicated medical assistant with six months of hands-on experience delivering excellent patient care. I genuinely love my role at Omnicare, where I have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. Medical Billing

Hi, I'm Aleena. I have been working at Omnicare since it first opened in 2022, where I play a key role in supporting both administrative and clinical operations. I manage insurance claims, billing processes, referrals, and prior authorizations, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. I regularly assist patients by answering questions related to insurance coverage and billing, helping them better understand their healthcare benefits. In addition to my administrative responsibilities, I step in as a medical assistant when needed, taking on clinical support duties to ensure smooth patient care. My role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent patient service.
