Our Mission
Omnicare was started at first because there was a need. During the height of Covid in 2020, our company was created to become the helping hand to our community, and to provide a different type of opportunity to our patients, as well as our owner. From the beginning, Nicole Boggs’ vision for her clinic was to become a place where people did not feel rushed, were not passed from provider to provider and felt listened to.
Over the years Omnicare has become a place for families. Pueblo is special! The owner soon found out that Pueblo consist of people who are loyal, and once trust is gained, will spread the word. It is by word-of-mouth that our clinic has grown; we now see grandparents, their adult children, and their children. Our growth has been amazing, adding another provider to our staff this last year, with plans to add another one in the next year or two. We also have an educator for weight loss and diabetic education. And every single one of us actually cares about our patients.
Our future goals include expanding into the rest of the building and hiring more providers; however, the goal will always be to provide quality care. We also do not have a limit on medicaid patients we accept. It’s always important to us that everyone receive care that needs it.
